Xiomara J. Giannelli joined The Pappas Group in 2014 as an immigration paralegal.
She earned the degree of Associate of Science – Paralegal (Cum Laude) in 2004 from Florida Metropolitan University, in Orlando, FL. Also, she has a BA in Education from the University of Pedagogical / Institute of Caracas, Venezuela, where she was born and moved to the United States in March 1996.
Xiomara proudly became a U.S. Citizen in 2002. She has more than six years of experience working on employment-based immigration cases including nonimmigrant petitions, permanent residence applications, naturalizations, marriage-based immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, fiancé visas, U visas, as well as asylums and deportation cases.
Prior to joining The Pappas Group, Xiomara worked as Paralegal in the civil litigation area handling debt collection and wage garnishment cases. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is currently a member of the Central Florida Paralegal Association.
